The Great Get Together
The Jo Cox Foundation and The Big Lunch are encouraging residents and communities across the country to come together and celebrate everything that we have in common.
The Great Get Together will be taking place over the weekend of 22 to 24 June and will mark the two-year anniversary of the untimely death of Jo Cox MP.
Islington Council has awarded grants of up to £500 for 13 events that are bringing residents together and enabling them to share what we have in common. From community picnics to soft play sessions, fun days and parties there’s lots happening.
