Join the Institute of Physics for Craft Collider: Crafting and Particle Physics (for Grown-Ups) for an evening of fun science, mulled wine, and seasonal crafts! In the search to understand the smallest building blocks of our universe, particle physicists have invented incredible ways to detect and visualise the sub-atomic world. From the bubble chambers of the 1950’s to the digital displays of the Large Hadron Collider these images have not only helped to enrich our understanding, they are really beautiful too! Make sure you get down and have a look.

When: Tuesday 26 November, 6.30pm – 20.15pm

Where: Institute of Physics, 37 Caledonian Rd, Islington, London N1 9BU
