Compton Terrace Gardens is the long thin park in front of Union Chapel. These Gardens were first set up in 1823, nearly 200 years ago! A friendly gardening group started to look after the Gardens about 10 years ago, and they are looking for help. From planting, mulching, cutting, to tidying up, and all the other things that a garden needs. And after all that hard work, you’ll be glad to know the team often go for a meal together afterwards. All welcome, no special skills needed. Lots of fresh air and a nice chance to meet some neighbours!

The team would love to see you! The next dates are: Sat 16 Feb, Sat 16 March, Sat 13 April, Sat 18 May, Sat 15 June, Sat 6 July. Dates are shown on notices at all the gates.
