We know we’re stronger together. This Stoptober, join us and thousands of people who have quit smoking over the last ten years of Stoptober and start moving, saving money and breathing more easily.

More than half of smokers want to quit

A new survey found that, even though nearly half (45%) of smokers have been smoking more since the first lockdown begun, more than half want to quit[1].

Smoking damages the lungs and airways, making it harder to breathe. Each cigarette fills the lungs with toxins, which harm the immune system and leave us more vulnerable to infections.

The good news is that stopping smoking will boost your immune system and significantly improve your overall health from the moment you stop.
