Paul – Sunflour Bakery – 263 Caledonian Road, N1 1EE

Sunflour Bakery is a family-run bakery, selling artisan breads, cakes sandwiches and coffees, as well as supplying nearby restaurants and cafés. They have been in business since December 2013 and employ a small team of local people. Paul tells us he is proud of his “very diverse customers, who come from all types of social backgrounds”, and of his connection with the local community, who he has remained open for through both of the lockdowns this year.
