This winter, we are bringing more free events to our streets, parks and community spaces through funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Funding.   

Enjoy culture, creativity, festive activity and more at these free events run by local businesses and cultural and community organisations.

Friends of Camden Passage Christmas by Ezen Foundation

Saturday 30 November 2024, 2-6pm
Camden Passage, London N1 

A Festive Fusion of Global Culture and Japanese Fashion.

Join this year’s Camden Passage Christmas, bringing a unique celebration of Japanese culture fused with a line-up of spectacular festive and cultural performances!

The event will be opened by the Mayor of Islington, Music and live performances scheduled from 2pm as you do your Christmas shopping and Two art exhibitions to enjoy on the day.

Brickworks Grand Christmas Party by Hanley Crouch Community Association 

Saturday 7 December, 2-6pm
Brickworks Community Centre, 42 Crouch Hill, Finsbury Park, London N4 4BY 

Join the community for an evening full of live music, food, drink, dance, and a chance to win prizes in the grand talent show. There will be a special appearance by Pop Academy and is delivered in partnership with Head Held High and Safomusic.

Makers and Creators Winter Market by Newington Green Action Group 

Saturday 14 December 2024, 12noon-7pm
Newington Green, N16 9PX 

Hosted on and around the green, join us for live music, performances, spoken word, dance, talks and workshops showcasing different cultures by local schools, performers and professionals. You can also enjoy a vibrant winter market, selling locally made affordable gifts with a focus on upcycling, reusing and recycling to generate affordable gifts for all.
