Islington in Bloom is back!

Get involved in the borough’s annual gardening competition: 2 May–6 June
Islington in Bloom is the annual gardening competition that encourages residents, community groups, children and businesses to spruce up their green spaces.
You don’t need to have any experience, or even a garden, to take part – there’s a whole host of categories you can enter, including best front garden, best tree pit and, this year, the new category of best balcony.
Get your gardening gloves out and your cameras ready: the competition opens on Friday 2 May and closes on Friday 6 June.
