Toy Project donation drive

A toy house, a book, toy cars and other bags full of toys gathered on a floor

Give the gift of play with Islington Council and The Toy Project’s donation drive: until 31 January

Are your cupboards overflowing with toys? Islington Council has partnered with local charity The Toy Project to run a donation drive from 2–31 January. They’re looking for quality toys in good enough condition to be passed to others.

Donations are being accepted at all Islington libraries. Find your local library.

The Toy Project will distribute your donations to local families, children’s centres and other organisations. Please only donate toys that are in good condition and fit to be shared.

The Toy Project’s mission is to ensure that everyone can access the developmental, social, emotional, and educational benefits of play. They host a range of play-based activities at The Playroom, a dedicated play space designed to bring people together through play. All their activities are free of charge, supported through donations, sponsorships and the money raised in The Toy Project’s used toy shop.
