No-one does summer like Islington does summer, and now with improved local pitches and inspirational players in the Arsenal Men’s and Women’s team, no one does football like Islington
Islington Council, Arsenal and adidas recently worked together to refurbish the Mayville Estate football pitch as part of the No More Red commitment, to make it a safe space for young people to play the beautiful game and fulfil their potential.
This is after pitch improvements on Harvist Estate and King Square Estate. Two amazing community led projects, Access to Sports and Sports and Life Skills celebrated the reopening of the pitch by delivering free activities for local children.
