Show some love to Islington’s local traders as part of this year’s Love Your Local Market celebrations

It’s time to celebrate the best of Islington’s local street traders with this year’s Love Your Local Market fortnight, which this year has been extended to tie in with the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

Running from 13 May to 5 June, to mark the occasion, free ‘I Heart Islington’s Markets’ tote bags will be given away at each of Islington’s markets. If you’re lucky enough to grab one, share a selfie with us on social media with the hashtag #IslingtonsMarkets.

During the next few weeks, we will also be shining a spotlight on some of our local traders, asking them to share the great memories they have from over the years.
