Free accessible sports

The Elfrida Society has launched a programme of free weekly activities for adults with learning difficulties and autism. Led by qualified coaches and specialist facilitators, the programme is designed to get you moving while meeting new people and making connections. There’s a whole host of activities to get involved in:
Tennis
Wednesdays, 11am–12noon
The Islington Tennis Centre and Gym, Market Road, N7 9PL
Cricket
Fridays, 1–2.30pm
Caxton Community House, 129 St John’s Way, N19 3RQ
Football
In partnership with the Football Foundation, sessions are delivered by a Football Association qualified coach.
Tuesdays, 11am; Fridays, 10.30am (pan-disability league games take place on weekends)
Trent Park, Bramley Road, Southgate, N14 4UW
Additional fitness and women’s football sessions are due to launch early in 2023. Check back soon for details.
