Free fitness classes with Healthy Generations
Healthy Generations’ weekly fitness classes – both online and in person – and walks are back from Monday 9 January, including a new dance fitness class on Tuesdays at Jean Stokes Community Centre. Shape up with a total body workout in Highbury Fields, relax with body breathing, or strengthen and relieve back and hip issues with remedial osteoporosis sessions.
All classes are free and run on a ‘drop-in’ basis, meaning you can come as and when you like, no long-term sign-up necessary. Classes are designed for older adults, but all are welcome.
Visit the Healthy Generations website for the full list of classes available, as well as dates, times, and to sign up.
