A warm, dementia‑friendly community space with monthly themed sessions led by professional partners including: Carers Hub, Pet Therapy, Kick Off with a Verse at Park Theatre, Arsenal health and well-being, Islington Parks, the Phoenix Garden, More Life, UCLH and many more!.

All sessions are about wellbeing for residents and connecting with others through shared creativity. Residents will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities designed to support their cognitive and emotional well-being and will have lunch and refreshments served

Everyone is welcome. All sessions take place at Goodinge Community Centre, London N7 9GZ, from 1–3pm.
