Classical concerts at St Mary’s church: third Friday of the month
End your week on a lovely note with classical music performances at St Mary’s, Upper Street. The free concerts will take place on the third Friday of every month at 1.15pm, no ticket needed.
The first concert will take place on Friday 19 January with pianists Daisy Ou and Connor Heraghty, in performances of two works by Camille Saint-Saëns: Danse Macabre and The Carnival of the Animals.
They will be joined by actor Joshua Shea (best-known for his role in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald), who will perform poetry.
Dates for the next few concerts are Friday 16 February, Friday 15 March and Friday 19 April. Visit St Mary’s website for full details.
