An introduction to retrofitting

Islington North Library, Manor Gardens, London N7 6JX

Thursday 27 November, 6-7:30pm

‘Retrofitting’ is a term used to describe improvement work on an existing building to improve its energy efficiency – making it easier to heat, able to keep that heat in for longer – and replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy.

Whether you’re a homeowner, renter, or simply curious about energy efficiency, this panel discussion will introduce you to the basics of retrofitting, including practical steps you can take to improve your home’s performance this winter.

Hear from retrofit experts, local architects, and an Islington resident who has successfully retrofitted their own property.
