Ladies’ football training

All skill levels ladies football sessions at Barnard Park: Tuesdays
Palm Metropolis FC is a new ladies’ football team hosting quality training sessions at Barnard Park. This focus is on building players’ confidence, improving technique and teaching game strategy. Whether you’re new to football, looking to start playing again after a while or are a regular player looking to better your skills, Palm Metropolis FC training sessions welcome players of all skill levels.
It’s good vibes where players are encouraged to make mistakes, learn, grow and have fun improving their skills. Tekkers training includes developing ball control, passing, shooting, confidently getting past players and long distance passing. We also look at game strategy training, including throw-ins, corners, free kicks, pitch positioning and player communication.
Sessions are led by team manager Laura on Tuesdays at 7pm in Barnard Park.
