Stress management for father’s workshop
NHS Talking Therapies and Growing Together are hosting a free stress management workshop for fathers and male carers with children ages 0-5 years who live or have a GP in Islington
You’ll learn new coping skills to ease stress and worry and have the opportunity to connect with people who are in a similar position.
Thursday 6 November, 6pm – 8pm
