The Alternative Bookfair: 8-11 April

Islington Central Library is pleased to announce the return of the Alternative Bookfair, delivered in partnership with Indie Novella and the Diversity in Publishing Partnership.

One of the most exciting events of the publishing calendar, the Alternative Book Fair is a week of publishing and author events to bring the world of publishing and literature to a wider audience, especially aspiring authors, emerging writers and avid readers.

Building on the success of the previous two years, during which the bookfair welcomed more than 1,000 visitors, this year’s programme continues the library’s commitment to offering free, inclusive, and accessible literary events for residents and visitors of all ages.

All events are free, but panels require booking.
