Wellbeing walks with The Garden Classroom

Gentle walks in nature: every Friday in October
Join Viv and Cat for gentle walks in nature this autumn. Explore Islington’s green spaces, meet new people, and enjoy the benefits of being outdoors.
These gentle, accessible walks are designed to support wellbeing and open to all. A hot or cold drink will be provided after each walk.
Dates, times and meeting points:
- Friday 3 October, 1.30–2.30pm
Gillespie Park, 191 Drayton Park, N5 1PH (meet at the entrance to the Ecology Centre) - Friday 10 October, 1.30–2.30pm
Caledonian Park, N7 9HF (meet at the Clocktower facing Tolpuddle Café) - Friday 17 October, 1.30–2.30pm
Newington Green, N1 4RF (meet at the park ranger’s hut on the Green) - Friday 24 October, 1.30–2.30pm
New River Path, St Paul’s Road, N1 2QP (meet at the entrance)
